What counts as an operation

An operation is one billable action: analyzing a company, drafting an outreach sequence (all three touches count as one), drafting a proof-of-concept pitch, or sending one email. Researching and drafting a single prospect costs 3. Reading, copying, and editing what you already generated is free.

Questions people ask first

How do I know the drafts are any good?: Read one before you sign up. The Example draft page, linked in the nav above, carries a complete three touch sequence exactly as the product generated it for a real company: the subject lines, the full body of every email, and the verbatim quote plus a link to the page each claim was read from. It is one unedited run with its date on it, and it says plainly what it is not.
What happens when I reach the Free limit?: New research, drafts, and sends pause until the start of next month, or until you move to Pro. Everything you already generated stays yours, so you can keep reading, copying, and editing every draft.
What happens after I pay?: Pro goes live on your workspace within one business day of payment, and we email you the moment it does. Pro applies to the workspace you already use, and there is nothing to install, download, or ship. Your larger monthly allowance takes effect on that workspace, and we email you to confirm when it is live. Pay with the address you signed up with, so we can match the payment to your workspace.
What is the founding price, and what happens when it ends?: Pro is $9 a month for the first 10 workspaces that take it, instead of $29. You keep that price for 12 months from the day you start, and we tell you before it changes. You get the full Pro allowance in the meantime, and you can cancel at any time, so the worst case is that you paid less than everyone else for a year.
Can I get a refund?: If Pro is not what you expected, email hello@pocify.app within 14 days of a charge and we refund it in full. No reason required, no conditions. After that window we refund the current month if the product failed to do what we said it does.
Do you charge per seat?: No. Pro is $9 a month for the whole workspace, however many teammates you invite. They share the one allowance and see the same leads.
Does the allowance roll over?: No. It resets at the start of each calendar month, and unused operations do not carry forward.
How do I cancel?: Email hello@pocify.app to cancel. Your workspace moves back to the Free plan at the end of the billing period you have already paid for, and nothing is deleted: your prospects and drafts stay exactly where they are, on the smaller monthly allowance.
Who is this for, and what will you not let me do with it?: PoCify is built for researched, individually-written outreach, one prospect at a time, by someone who could defend every claim in the email. It is not a bulk-mail tool: our largest plan covers 300+ prospects a month in total, sending from the app is for contacts you have a reason to write to, every send is metered, and unsolicited bulk email breaches our terms. You are the sender, so anti-spam law in your country and the recipient's applies to you, and we expect you to honour it.
