PoCify is a prospect research and outreach drafting tool for independent consultants and small teams. You give it a company name and a website address; it reads the public pages that company publishes, returns a structured profile of the business with the signals it found and where it found them, and drafts a short outreach sequence and a proof-of-concept pitch written against the offer you describe. You review and edit every draft before anything is sent, and you can either copy it into your own mailbox or send it from the app.

The analysis and the drafts are produced with the help of AI models, so they can be wrong. Every claim the product shows you is marked with the page it was read from, or marked as something the model inferred rather than found. Checking a draft before you send it is your job, not ours.

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials safe and for everything that happens under your account. Your data is scoped to your workspace; you may invite teammates, and every member of a workspace can see that workspace's leads, drafts, and usage.

PoCify is built for researched, individually-written outreach, one prospect at a time, by someone who could defend every claim in the email. It is not a bulk-mail tool: our largest plan covers 300+ prospects a month in total, sending from the app is for contacts you have a reason to write to, every send is metered, and unsolicited bulk email breaches our terms. You are the sender, so anti-spam law in your country and the recipient's applies to you, and we expect you to honour it.

You agree not to use PoCify to:

• Read or process content you are not permitted to access. PoCify reads only the public pages a company publishes at the address you give it, and it does not attempt to get past a login, a paywall, or a site's stated restrictions.
• Send unsolicited bulk or spam email. Outreach must comply with anti-spam laws (e.g. CAN-SPAM, GDPR) in your jurisdiction and the recipient's. You are the sender and are responsible for that compliance.
• Abuse, overload, or attempt to circumvent the service's rate limits or plan quotas.
• Break the law or infringe anyone's rights.

The generated email and pitch text are drafts. You are responsible for reviewing anything before you send it, because AI output can be inaccurate.

PoCify offers a Free plan (25 billable operations per month) and a paid Pro plan ($29/month per workspace for 1,000 operations). Prices and allowances are shown in the app and on our pricing page, and may change with notice. Subscriptions are billed monthly and renew until cancelled.

Founding price: $9 a month instead of $29, for the first 10 workspaces, held for 12 months. If you start on that price we hold it for that period from the day your Pro plan begins, and we tell you before it changes. You can cancel at any time.

What you get. Pro applies to the workspace you already use, and there is nothing to install, download, or ship. Your larger monthly allowance takes effect on that workspace, and we email you to confirm when it is live.

Payment. Payment is taken by our payment provider, which may act as the merchant of record for the sale and appear as such on your statement and invoice.

Refunds. If Pro is not what you expected, email hello@pocify.app within 14 days of a charge and we refund it in full. No reason required, no conditions. After that window we refund the current month if the product failed to do what we said it does.

Cancellation. Email hello@pocify.app to cancel. Your workspace moves back to the Free plan at the end of the billing period you have already paid for, and nothing is deleted: your prospects and drafts stay exactly where they are, on the smaller monthly allowance. PoCify runs on services we rely on to work: data is stored in Supabase (PostgreSQL), business analysis and drafting use Google Gemini, and email is delivered through Resend. Your use of PoCify is also subject to those providers' terms. See our Privacy Policy for what data goes where.

PoCify is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind. We don't guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that the AI-generated analysis and drafts will be accurate or fit for a particular purpose. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

You may stop using PoCify and delete your account at any time by emailing us. We may suspend or terminate an account that violates these terms. On termination we'll delete your workspace data as described in the Privacy Policy.

These terms are governed by the laws of Israel, without regard to conflict of law rules, and the competent courts of Tel Aviv-Yafo have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them. Nothing here removes a consumer protection you have under the mandatory law of the country you live in.

We may update these terms as the product evolves. If we make a material change, we'll update the date above and, where appropriate, let you know in the app or by email. Continuing to use PoCify after a change means you accept the updated terms.
