Terms of Service

PoCify is a lead-research tool for founders. You give it a company name and a website URL; it fetches publicly available content from that URL, analyzes the business using Google's Gemini models, and drafts a cold-outreach email and a proof-of-concept pitch you can copy, edit, and send. You can optionally send an outreach email from within the app.

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials safe and for everything that happens under your account. Your data is scoped to your workspace; you may invite teammates, and every member of a workspace can see that workspace's leads, drafts, and usage.

You agree not to use PoCify to:

• Scrape or process content you are not permitted to access.
• Send unsolicited bulk or spam email. Outreach must comply with anti-spam laws (e.g. CAN-SPAM, GDPR) in your jurisdiction and the recipient's — you are the sender and are responsible for that compliance.
• Abuse, overload, or attempt to circumvent the service's rate limits or plan quotas.
• Break the law or infringe anyone's rights.

The generated email and pitch text are drafts. You are responsible for reviewing anything before you send it — AI output can be inaccurate.

PoCify offers a Free plan (a monthly allowance of billable actions) and a paid Pro plan ($29/month per workspace for a larger allowance). Prices and allowances are shown in the app and may change with notice.

Upgrades are currently handled personally: you pay through the checkout link we provide, and we switch your workspace to Pro. To cancel, email hello@pocify.app and we'll move your workspace back to the Free plan at the end of the current billing period. Because we're an early product, we don't offer automatic pro-rated refunds — but if something went wrong, tell us and we'll make it right.

PoCify runs on services we rely on to work: data is stored in Supabase (PostgreSQL), business analysis and drafting use Google Gemini, and email is delivered through Resend. Your use of PoCify is also subject to those providers' terms. See our Privacy Policy for what data goes where.

PoCify is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind. We don't guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that the AI-generated analysis and drafts will be accurate or fit for a particular purpose. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

You may stop using PoCify and delete your account at any time by emailing us. We may suspend or terminate an account that violates these terms. On termination we'll delete your workspace data as described in the Privacy Policy.

We may update these terms as the product evolves. If we make a material change, we'll update the date above and, where appropriate, let you know in the app or by email. Continuing to use PoCify after a change means you accept the updated terms.
